Operations

To meet the community's needs for fire service, the Marshall Fire department consists of three shifts that work in 24 hour increments. Each shift is comprised of one battalion chief, two captains, two lieutenants, and ten firefighters. Each shift member is dual certified as a Texas-commissioned firefighter and a Texas Department of State Health Services EMT/Paramedic.
