The City of Marshall created the "Every Drop Counts" campaign to put a spotlight on the city's water utility system. Videos will be uploaded to this webpage, providing the public with an up-close look at plant operations and how the City will be investing in critical infrastructure over the next six years at the Water Treatment and Distribution Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The 2026 "Every Drop Counts" campaign is produced by the City of Marshall especially for water customers. Understanding where our water comes from, how it is treated and what it takes to maintain these systems helps explain why ongoing critical infrastructure improvements are necessary — and why continued investment is required to ensure reliable services for our community.
