Annual Street Improvement Program - Project Information

City of Marshall 2025 Street Improvement Program

The City of Marshall is making big investments in its roadways, paving the way for more street improvement projects across the city. The City Council has invested $1.5 million in street improvements for 2025. The first of twenty-three streets on the list is the reconstruction of Hudson at Scotts Quarter Road. The contractor is Rayford Truck and Tractor of Marshall. The engineer is Stan Hayes of Hayes Engineering of Longview.

Public notification includes the City of Marshall Facebook, website, signage, newspaper and radio,. Public Works teams are distributing door hangers to communicate directly with residents on the effected streets. Residents are reminded not to park vehicles on the street while road construction is underway. The Street Improvement Construction Schedule below will be updated as the contractor confirms the work schedule, which can be impacted by weather and production.
