The City is partnering with Performances Services to install residential and commercial water meters with a smart meter reading system. Replacing old water meters will ensure that residents' water usage is tracked accurately.

Online Portal
The new, digital smart water meters will offer residents access to real-time water usage data through an online portal and a smartphone app (Apple |Google Play). The portal will provide residents information on their water consumption, usage statistics, and awareness of any water leaks.
With these tools, residents can view usage activity and control the amount of water used. Residents may also establish alerts including receiving notifications about continuous usage and abnormal increases in water usage.
