Online Payment

Online account payment is available. Residents may sign up for the 24 hour online payment, account access, or paperless e-bill option which allows an online payment to be made using a MasterCard or Visa Card. Online access also allows customers to review current account status, water usage, and payment history.

Automatic Withdrawal

Residents may sign up to have payment drafted out of either a checking or savings account.  A completed automated clearing house (ACH) form available at the Water Billing office and a canceled check or another form of verification of banking information is required.

After the information is processed, the first bill for automatic draft will need to be paid at the Water Billing Office. Then, all subsequent bills will be automatically drafted on the due date and customers will receive a water bill for their records showing "Bank Drafted - Do Not Pay".

Returned Payments

Please note that all returned payments will incur a $30 processing fee.
