5. Park Pavilion Rental Application

   Pavilions in the City of Marshall parks are available for rental for activities such as company picnics, birthday parties, or family reunions. Facilities may be reserved any day of the week between the hours of 8:00 am-8:00 pm.  

   For City of Marshall residents, fees are $20 per 2 hour increments and $100 for the full day.  For non-City residents, fees are $30 per 2 hour increments and $150 for the full day. Fees will not be prorated for half or quarter hour increments. Reservations require a $100 refundable deposit.

   Please make reservation requests at least five (5) days before the desired date. Reservation requests submitted after operating hours or on weekends will be processed by Parks & Rec staff the next open business day. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.

    1. All pavilions are under the jurisdiction of the City of Marshall's Parks & Recreation department and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
    2. The care and control of the pavilion during the time of my rental is my responsibility.
    3. If a conflict arises at the park during my event, I agree to contact the Marshall Police Department at (903) 935-4575 and provide a receipt and rental application to the responding officer. I understand that if choose not to call the police, the $100 deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.
    4. I understand that by reserving the pavilion, I will have complete care and control of that pavilion for the duration of the rental.
    5. I voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury, and I agree to fully indemnify, release, and hold harmless the City of Marshall, Texas, along with its officials, employees, and/or agents, jointly and/or severally, from every claim arising from loss, damage, or injury of any kind resulting from such activity.
