5. Athletic Field Rental Application

   Ball fields in the City of Marshall parks are available for rental for activities any day of the week between the hours of 8:00 am-10:00 pm. Reservations require a $250 refundable deposit.

   Please make reservation requests at least five (5) days before the desired date. Reservation requests submitted after operating hours or on weekends will be processed by Parks & Rec staff the next open business day. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.

32. Information about Airport Park Reservations & Tournaments:

    Red Dirt Baseball handles all baseball field and tournament reservations at Airport Park. Fees are as follows:

    Field Fees:

    • $25/hour: City of Marshall resident fee
    • $35/hour: Non-City resident fee
    • $20/hour: Lights fee
    • $250: Refundable deposit for all rentals

    Adult League Tournament Fees per Field:

    • $150: City of Marshall resident (8:00 am-9:00 pm)
    • $250: Non-City resident (8:00 am-9:00 pm)
    • $30: Lights fee (6:00 pm-9:00 pm)

36. Please read and acknowledge the following statements:*

    1. All ball fields are under the jurisdiction of the City of Marshall's Parks & Recreation department and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
    2. The care and control of the ball fields during the time of my rental is my responsibility.
    3. If a conflict arises at the ball fields during my event, I agree to contact the Marshall Police Department at (903) 935-4575 and provide a receipt and rental application to the responding officer. I understand that if choose not to call the police, the $250 deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.
    4. I understand that by reserving the field, I will have complete care and control of that field for the duration of the rental.
    5. I voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury, and I agree to fully indemnify, release, and hold harmless the City of Marshall, Texas, along with its officials, employees, and/or agents, jointly and/or severally, from every claim arising from loss, damage, or injury of any kind resulting from such activity.
