Boogie on the Bricks
Every third Thursday of the month on Main Street, hit the bricks with friends and family for free concerts in Telegraph Park located at the corner of Washington and Austin Streets. Musical performances are sponsored by 92.3 FM The Depot.
Boogie Woogie Fest
The inaugural Boogie Woogie Fest in September features a diverse lineup of performers. Food, beverages, and merchandise will be available for purchase. For the event schedule and artist lineup, visit the Boogie Woogie website.
FireAnt Festival
The Fire Ant Festival returns every year on the second Saturday of October. Come join the excitement on Main Street. This long-standing festival features lots of entertainment throughout the day, including a TourDeFireAnt Long Distance Bike Ride, FireAnt 5K, Toddler Trot, Kids K, FireAnt Festival Parade, Diaper Derby, Gurning Contest, Chicken Chunkin’ Contest, Kids Dance Contest, and vendors to delight the young and old alike.
Third Saturday Weekends
The third Friday of the month kicks off Third Saturday Weekend on Main Street with live performances. On the main stage at Telegraph park, enjoy a variety of performances throughout the weekend sponsored by Marshall Regional Arts Council (MRAC).
Marshall Main Street Market
Watch for exciting new trends and seasonal items to pop up on Main Street. Pop Up Vendor Markets are organized quarterly on North Washington.
Main Street Girls' Night
Girls' Night is organized quarterly for fun and great shopping on Main Street. Our downtown merchants offer some great bargains, too.
Market On The Square
Shop 'til you drop every Saturday through early November. Shopping begins at 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. with Market on the Square at Telegraph Park. Market on the Square offers a unique place to find farm-fresh produce, art, and handmade items.
Memorial City Hall

Rusty Lugnuts Car Show
The car show is hosted on the Second Saturday of each month from April through November from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. North Washington Avenue closes to through traffic at 3 p.m. to allow set-up time for the local hot rods, classic cruisers, motorcycles, and pride-and-joy hand-polished collections. There is no restriction or classification for vehicles, so anything goes! While there is no entry fee, registration is required. Participants may register the day of. Texas Sounds International
Texas is regarded as the birthplace and center of several styles of music, and the Texas Sounds International showcases this music in the heart of downtown Marshall at Memorial City Hall Performance Center. Wonderland of Lights
Make your holiday magical with a trip to the annual celebration of Marshall's famed Wonderland of Lights. It all begins with the official lighting of the iconic Harrison County Courthouse which happens every year on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Wonderland has plenty of children’s activities including train rides, ice skating, carousel rides and free face painting. See the lights and enjoy a tour of downtown Marshall in a horse-drawn carriage. Don’t miss one of the largest parades in East Texas. Children can meet Santa, build a train in Santa’s Workshop and decorate a cookie in Mrs. Claus’ Bakery. There’s so much to see and do at Wonderland of Lights.
