Water Customers Are Asked to Check for Leaks
The City of Marshall is monitoring unusually high water usage across the city. Since approximately 10 a.m. on Jan. 27, the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) has identified a significant loss of water volume and is actively working to determine the source.
The City is asking all water customers to take the following steps:
- Walk around your property and check for any visible signs of leaks.
- If you detect a leak, contact the Public Works Department at 903-935-4487 and report your location so assistance can be dispatched.
- While this evaluation is underway, please limit water usage when possible.
The EOC will release additional information as it becomes available.
