Department Description

The Human Resources department recruits, selects, and hires individuals for all city departments.  Additionally, this department is also responsible for:

  • Employee benefits
  • Insurance
  • Personnel record keeping
  • Retirement
  • Salary administration
  • Unemployment claims and appeals

Risk Management-Insurance Claims

The Finance Department is responsible for all Risk Management Insurance Claims. If you received damage to your personal property, please complete the fillable claim form. The Human Resources department will pass your claim on to the insurance company, and the insurance company will contact you directly. Please provide any pictures, estimates, and all information pertaining to your claim.
