  1. Wonderland StoryFest - Pick A Pine Tree

    November 30, 2020, 10:00 AM - December 6, 2020, 5:00 PM @ Multiple Locations on Marshall Main Street will be announced in November 2020.

    Each week, a children's story will be on display through shop windows; as you stroll downtown, you're directed to the next page in the story! Participating merchants will have crafts and special treats that go along with the story of the week to enjoy in store. A virtual reading of the book will be uploaded at the end of the week, along with ideas for crafting along at home. We are committed to the safety of our merchants, citizens, and guests. We will continue to stay informed on the most recent regulations in place and will further adapt or cancel any events as needed. ** SAFE PRACTICES ** - Shops are limited to 75% capacity under the current governors order. Social distancing will be observed while in store and masks are required for ages 10+. - Sanitation stations will be available throughout the downtown area.

  2. Wonderland Outdoor Christmas Market Weekend One

    December 5, 2020, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    The Outdoor Christmas Market will feature vendors from around the region selling homemade Christmas and holiday crafts, decor, and plenty of great gifts and "stocking stuffers". Join us downtown for a day of outdoor shopping along North Washington Avenue! We are committed to the safety of our merchants, citizens, and guests. We will continue to stay informed and will further adapt or cancel any events as needed. ** SAFE PRACTICES ** - Vendor booths will be spaced a minimum 10 feet apart. - Social distancing will be observed by all. - Sanitation stations will be available along North Washington Avenue. - Shoppers and vendors will be required to wear a mask. - A capacity limit on each block may be established. - There will be no food product sampling. - This event is subject to cancellation depending on the condition of COVID-19 in our community. In the event of cancellations, vendors will be fully refunded.

    Established in 1841, Marshall is a community with a rich history. Explore our five museums with free admission during the event, as well as a walking history tour of downtown. We are committed to the safety of our merchants, citizens, and guests. Each site may also have a lower capacity limit set by the museum.     City offices will be closed Thursday, December 24th, and Friday, December 25th, 2019, in observance of the Christmas holiday. We will reopen Monday, December 28th, at 8:00 AM to accommodate your city business needs. BE ADVISED - Residents' normal scheduled trash & recycling pick-up scheduled on Friday, December 25, 2020, will be one day late. Friday's pick up will be collected on Saturday, December 26, 2020.
