Marshall is slowly getting smaller. Drive around town and you'll see roads that end into no where. Some of those roads used to be neighborhoods. The land still to this day is listed on the tax roll....

Marshall is slowly getting smaller. Drive around town and you'll see roads that end into no where. Some of those roads used to be neighborhoods. The land still to this day is listed on the tax roll. Taxes over due to the fact that no one can access the lots. Ill give an example. I invite anyone to drive to 2502 Carthage St Marshall Texas. The entire road is inaccessible. I know this i own land i cant live on from the neglect of our city for more than 20yrs. I have personally been removing the illegal dumping myself. There are more roads like this. Furthermore I was told i cant get utillites to my land that im paying taxes on. please help me
