NEIGHBORLY is an initiative of the City of Marshall which matches community volunteers with homeowners in need of minor exterior home repairs and help with small projects around the house.

Workdays are scheduled for Saturday, April 13 (8:00-Noon) and Saturday, April 27 (8:00-Noon).

Homeowners who would like to request help and volunteers who are willing to lend a hand are encouraged to complete a NEIGHBORLY application by March 4, 2024 and submit via one of these ways:

  • Send by email
  • Return to City Hall (401 S. Alamo Blvd., 2nd floor)
  • Mail: P.O. Box 698 (75671)

Applications for homeowners to request an extra pair of hands and applications for volunteers willing to help are available at the Water Billing department in City Hall and Marshall Public Library.

Applications may also be directly completed online (homeowners|volunteers).
