Biography

Terri Brown was first elected to the Marshall City Commission in May 2017. She is a native of Marshall, Texas, and graduated from Marshall High School in 1981. She attended Tyler Junior College and East Texas Baptist University.

She and her husband, Ross Brown, are active members of Karnack Methodist Church.

Employment

Commissioner Brown is the Vice President of the Marshall branch of VeraBank and has been employed there since 1999, serving as a branch manager at multiple locations. She has extensive knowledge in the banking industry with a career that spans over thirty-five years.
