Recycling service for residential customers is offered on Wednesdays at no charge. To enroll in the recycling program, please stop by the Water Billing Office, located at City Hall, 401 South Alamo. Once enrolled, a blue recycle bin will be delivered to your residence. 95-gallon rolling recycle carts are also available for lease from the City of Marshall at a cost of $2 per month. For information regarding ordering a recycle cart, contact the Water Utilities Office at 903-935-4516.
Please place your blue recycle bin at the curb by 7:00 a.m. each Wednesday. Residents may also drop off recyclables at the Convenience Center located on Five Notch Road on Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p..m. and closed Sunday and Monday. (RECYCLING OF ELECTRONIC ITEMS IS NO LONGER OFFERED AT THE CONVENIENCE CENTER).

Our local Lowe’s Store has a Recycling Center located in their Customer Service Center for proper disposal of fluorescent bulbs, CFL light type bulbs, small rechargeable batteries, and plastic bags.
