Bid No. 2017-006/MFD Station #4 Renovation 
The City of Marshall will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 11, 2017 for the purpose of renovation of the Marshall Fire Department Station #4, located at 101 Hughes Street, Marshall, Texas. Bids must be in a sealed envelope, with the bidder's name and item(s) to be bid marked clearly on the envelope. Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and tabulated at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 11, 2017 in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of City Hall, 401 South Alamo, Marshall, Texas. All bidders are invited to attend. 
Bid packets containing all specifications can be obtained at City Hall, Office of the City Manager, at 401 South Alamo Street, Marshall, Texas 75670. Each contractor is asked to examine the bid documents carefully. For further information, please call Yvette Graham, Purchasing Manager, at 903-935-4421. 
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on-site at 101 Hughes Street, Marshall, Texas on Monday, April 3, 2017, 10:00 a.m. 
The City of Marshall reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any or all formalities, and to award a contract to the bidder who provides goods and/or services at the best value for the municipality in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code.
