NEWS RELEASE: MPD Seeks Information On Drive-By Shooting
The Marshall Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the person or persons responsible for a drive-by shooting. On Friday, February 15 at approximately 11:09 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of Johnson Street on reports of a drive-by shooting. The crime was captured on a neighbor’s home video surveillance. The video shows a dark-colored, 2-door sedan driving down the street and an occupant in the vehicle firing multiple rounds at a house. No injuries were reported, but the home sustained moderate damage from the gunfire. Anyone with information about this crime is urged to call the Marshall Police Department at 903-935-4575.
