Junk Car
Certain circumstances must be found for a vehicle to be considered to be a junked vehicle. One of the circumstances described in item a. below AND one of the circumstances described in item b. below must be present.
a. Either the license tag must be expired or the inspection sticker must be expired, AND
b. Either the vehicle must be obviously wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded, or the vehicle must be inoperable for more than 30 consecutive days

Please include a brief description of the vehicle. Ex. Blue truck, with flat tire and out of date tags.
