Door-to-Door Sales Problem
Door-to-Door solicitations are subject to the following rules:
Soliciting can be done from one hour after sunrise to one hour before sunset;
Solicitors must carry with them a permit from the Police Department and must show the permit if requested;
Solicitors must display a photo ID;
If a person wishes not to be bothered by solicitors, they can display in a clearly visible location
No Soliciting sign that is at least two inches high and three inches long with letters that are at least 2/3 of an inch tall
