Paying Your Bill
The Water Billing Division accepts cash, check, money order, MasterCard, and Visa; MasterCard and Visa are also accepted online.
Online Water Billing Account payment is available; you may sign up for our 24 Hour Online Payment, Account Access, or Paperless E-Bill Option which allows you to make an online payment using a MasterCard or Visa Card as well as providing you with 24 hour access to your account to review your current account status, and review your water usage and payment history.
Bank Draft is also available; you may sign up to have your account drafted out of your checking or savings account by filling out an ACH form and delivering the form and a cancelled check to the Water Billing Office at City Hall. After processing your information, you will need to pay the first bill for automatic draft at the Water Billing Office. All subsequent bills will be automatically drafted on your due date. You will receive a Water Bill for your records showing "Bank Drafted - Do Not Pay".

Drive-thru service is located on the west side of City Hall for payments only and your bill is required. All other service inquiries will need to be processed inside the office or for your account to be reviewed.
A secure night depository is available at the drive-thru for after hour payments; please include your account number with the payment.
