Mission Statement                                   

 

Our mission is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public and to see that all construction and property development in the City of Marshall is as safe as possible for all citizens.

 

Construction Plans are reviewed by this department or by a Licensed Professional Architect to insure the proposed development meets all Local, State, and Federal guidelines and are within the City of Marshall’s General Plan for development. 

 

All construction is inspected at various stages by our Department Officials to make sure all building meet the current State and Federal Building Codes and City Ordinances .
