Community Meetings

In a meeting, two or more people come together for the purpose of discussing predetermined topics. This is often done in some sort of formal setting with guidelines and rules. In addition to coming together physically, (in real life and face to face) a meeting can be held via communication lines and other electronic equipment can be setup to have discussions between peeople at different locations, e.g. conference calls, video web conferencing and/or e-meetings. In Commuinity Orginizations, Government Platforms and Business Board Rooms  - meetings are an important vehicle for collecting and diseminating game plans to help commuinities, governments and businesses. Meetings  are so common to our daily society that many take them for granted and forget that - unless a meeting is properly planned and executed, and participation stay on the upswing meetings can become a waste of time and resources.
