The City of Marshall Water Billing Department is responsible for customer services related to water, sewer, and trash.  This includes initiating, transferring and terminating services, billing, adjustment requests, account maintenance, work orders and collection services.

Customers are billed on a monthly basis.  The monthly services on the utility bill are fees associated with council-approved rates for water, sewer, refuse and miscellaneous fees .

The City of Marshall has an exclusive franchise with Allied Waste Services for refuse pickup.  The fee for this service is on your monthly water and sewer bill.   If your refuse is not picked up, please call Allied Waste Services at 1-800-678-7274 to report the problem.

The Water Billing Department would be happy to provide a more detailed explanation of your utility bill.  Our staff is also available to assist customers with general inquiries and concerns relating to the City of Marshall utility services.
