Contact the City of Marshall Street Department at (903) 935-4500 to request a workorder be entered to have the pothole repaired.  The Texas DOT (Department of Transportation) should be contacted at (903) 938-2809 for potholes or repairs on any of the following streets:  Grand Avenue (also known as Highway 80 West), Victory Drive (also known as Highway 80 East), East End Boulevard North (also known as Highway 59 North), East End Boulevard South (also known as Highway 59 South), Grove Street from Grand Avenue to the Loop (also known as FM 1997), Pinecrest Drive (also known as Highway 43 South), Karnack Highway (also known as Highway 43 North), Travis Street from Highway 59 to Highway 31, and Scottsville Road (also known as FM 1998).

Contact the City of Marshall Engineering Department at (903) 935-4401 for replacement of missing signs or to turn in signs you may have found.

 

A signal (traffic) light is out.  Who do I call?

Contact Building Maintenance at (903) 935-4500 to report the location of the traffic light to be fixed.  The Texas DOT (Department of Transportation) should be contacted by calling (903) 938-2809 for traffic lights on any of the following streets:  Grand Avenue, Victory Drive, East End Boulevard North or South, Grove Street, or Pinecrest Drive.

 

There is a lot of litter on my street.  Who do I contact?

Call the City of Marshall Street Department at (903) 935-4500 to request the street sweeper to sweep the area.  Please note:  the street sweeper will only be able to operate if there is curbing at the location.  If the debris is in the grassy area or ROW along the street please call the Street Department to request someone come out and remove.
